AI content repurposing turns an approved source into new formats while preserving its meaning, attribution and limits. Start with a source you are allowed to use, then adapt the structure for the audience. A shorter post should not turn a qualified observation into a universal promise.

Choose the source before the format

Imagine adapting a recorded workshop into a short article and a social caption. Identify the speaker's actual argument, the examples they used and any conditions attached to the advice. Keep a reference to the recording or transcript segment for important claims.

Do not add invented customer results or quotes to make the adaptation more persuasive. If the source lacks evidence for a claim, leave it out or clearly frame it as a question.

Use a source-to-draft worksheet

  • Source: the approved recording, article or document.
  • Core idea: one sentence capturing the useful point.
  • Audience: who needs the adaptation and why.
  • Format: what changes in length, structure and presentation.
  • Review: which claims, names and rights need confirmation.

The review should check meaning as well as wording. Removing a caveat can change the advice even when every remaining sentence came from the source.

Make each format useful on its own

A social post may teach one small idea and link to the full guide. An article can explain the process and include a checklist. Repeating the same introduction across every format adds little value.

Use brand mentions where they help a reader take the next step. Keep educational value available before asking for a conversation or diagnostic.

Keep publication separate from preparation

Save drafts in the editorial system with their source references. Publish through the approved workflow and verify the public result. Repurposing is efficient when it reduces rewriting without losing accuracy, not when it multiplies low-value copies across channels.
